Account InformationUser Accounts are retained for the account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
Usage StatisticsApplication usage statistics may be retained up to 24 months.
Server LogsIP addresses and access times may be retained up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.

We may retain Personal Data beyond these periods for legal obligations, legal claims, Your explicit request, or technical limitations such as backup systems. When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data.

  • Deletion: Personal Data is removed from Our systems and no longer actively processed.
  • Backup retention: residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are not restored except when necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
